合同是6个月的contract,it job.<br>

签合同的时候用的就是在简历上的英文名。当时我还问了一下,用中文还是英文,agent说用英文。<br>

但是护照上,tax file,bank account上的名字全部是中文的拼音。<br>

那填写tax file,bank detail 到底是用哪个名字sign 啊?用英文名会不会导致无效?用中文拼音又和合同的签名不一样?<br>

It's all right to sign the contract with either your Chinese or English name, but make sure you gave them your orginal name if your pay is directly transfer to you account. The need to know the name which is exactly with the account holder. And similar things to your TFN.<br>

In the long term, changing name might be good idea if you prefer using English name. It will only cost you $150 but save you a lot future trouble.<br>

Well ,changing name is really a good way but I heard it only cost $20 five years before,so now it's not a bargin for me .u know i just came here for 2 months.<br>
