标题: 请问有没有熟悉拉风投或找投资（IT）的朋友
本人有些idea，有关IT和医药行业结合的。
想接触一下风投或有意投资的机构或人士，但是摸不着门。
Google上大致了解了一些流程，但不知道怎么找到切入点。
有没有有过经验的朋友介绍一下？谢谢。

好像有好几个meetup是关于startup的。你上meetup.com找找。
多去几次meetup，多找些人谈谈了解一下情况，或者找那些incubator试试看。

Can you tell me if go to meetup if it is just to talk to people and hope to get some business connection? What is consider to be not wasting time and money to go to meetup?

我已经很久没有参与这种东西了。最近两份工都是找比较后期的startup打工。
确保有钱赚，就是赚得比较少。
参加meetup，如果是为了某种目的，而不是真的对论题有兴趣的话，是很难觉得时间精力上是值得的。
我提议opengl兄去meetup看看，是因为他听起来对悉尼的情况完全不熟。去那边至少能碰到些内行的人，多聊聊可以了解一下行情。

I have different purpose to attend meetup. I was thinking to get a new job and pay more than my current job.

How do I know which person in the meetup is worth talking and they might want to hire someone and pay high salary in the market?

I only have been to one technical meetup two days ago and I failed to find such person. Should I look for some people looks older and wear suit?

May I ask what is your expected share percentage for the new company created? i.e. 50%?

还没考虑利益分配。先考虑怎么摸进门，然后在考虑其他的吧

My friend told me that if an investor pay 100% cash to support the business and not paying your and his salary, you supply the complete technology solution ready to sell and the investor doing the selling channel himself, the percentage of the share of the new company you can get is not that much. Maybe less than 10%

I am not sure about. So I post this for you guys to discuss about
