标题: 有沒有人住harrisdale和piara waters？治安怎麼樣？
最近在看房子，鎖定這兩個區，區新規劃好房子漂亮相對便宜一些。上個月看新聞說piara waters這個四月很多入室盜竊案，不知道有沒有朋友住在這兩個區知道比較多情況。

有新房子的区都这样，因为你买了新房肯定要添置新东西的。

新区因为住家还没那多，居民比较少，窃盗率是比较高，养狗或装防盗是最好的方式。

自己可以查窃盗发生案件数量--------

I am living in Harrisdale, the reason it got many break in lately because it's new area and is still building up. they reckon it's worth breaking in since can get all the brand new stuffs and less attention. however, in overall I found out it's quite good area to live in. nice estate. which estate you're after? better to avoid the powerlines.

只要是新建区域，break in肯定都是很多的，比如Baldivis, Landsdale... 不过你要区分的是，通常盗贼都是break in正在建的房子（我是指已经有屋顶的那种），那里面下了班就肯定没人没监控，而且builder通常会把一些建筑材料以及工具什么的放在里面。这些东西都是包装好的东西，偷走了立刻就能转手。

每个礼拜都要这样帮公司报损失的筒子路过。

靠近stockland那边，heron park？我们去看了一次就很喜欢。

Yes, Heron Park.

I like that estate on first seen as wel.

it's still developing and new land are being released each month. but, i think you can easily buy an established in Heron Park as well.

harrisdale不多，piara water选择多一些，但是我还是比较偏向harrisdale的。新学校新shopping cenrer很有吸引力。明天就去看房了，祝自己好运吧！：）
