标题: 190还没递交state visa nomination就先递了EOI
我的案子是中介做的，看了州政府的要求，必须先拿到NOMINATION才能交EOI
但是中介已经先帮我EOI了，现在怎么办？

看来你是完全不了解申请移民的流程啊。
最好看看移民部网站的1119技术移民手册，和论坛里置顶的精华帖。

我看州担保的要求是这样写的

Once you have received your notice of nomination, you must complete an expression of interest in immigration's website, and provide this office with your reference number. We will then confirm your nomination directly with DIBP which will initiate an invitation to apply for your selected visa.

但是我的中介说他们做了无数个了都是先EOI然后再递交state visa nomination

已经写邮件去问州政府了，在等回复。。。

既然已交钱给中介，自己就别操心了。

... 唉，找了中介就不要跟着操心了。。

州担保申请的时候可以提供EOI reference number，这样会直接收到邀请，当然不是必须比如VIC 可以后提供，限期不提供，担保过期。

中介想赚钱的不是？这个成不了对他没好处。各个州的情况可能不太一样，先提交EOI肯定是没问题的。
