标题: 【学术研讨】发现一个极其凶险的大作文题目，欢迎讨论
题目：More and more women go out to work. It is the responsibility of government to provide staff and facilities for children of working mother, free of charge. To what extent do you agree or disagree.

本题凶险之处，在于谈论范畴稍有偏差，7分就铁定泡汤，6分都未必能保住。

欢迎各位发表一下各自的看法，最好写下写作提纲。下周一我再把自己为什么觉得该题很凶的原因和看法贴出来和大家分享。

my stance: agree with the topic

firstly, state the status of serious challenges we face in labor market, as the aging population causes the decrease of the labor resource. so the working mother is urgently needed in order to maintain the social and economical development.

secondly, working mother could realize their own value , expand their own skills ,earn their living , broaden their horizons in the workplaces through occupational activities.which surely strengthen their self-esteem and elevate the women's social status both in the family and in the society as a whole .This will ultimately result in the gender equality.

thirdly, the working mother will contribute more taxes to the government which in turn to pay the bill of nursing their kids. and those professional staffs could do better jobs in educating the children and
free services and facilities provided by the government surely will nurture little kids' feeling of belongings and patriotism to their countries which will pay back when they grow up.

however, even this practices seems reasonable and necessary for the government as it is their duty to subsides those in need. but other negative factors and influences we must take into account. initially, mothers will have to spend less time to stay with theirs kids which is undeniably damaging to their family bonds and children's growth. furthermore, some people may argue that children from wealthy family should not be included in this practices. ......

Above all, considering all the factors and influences. I still believe that this solution could better the working mothers current condition and encourage them to input more energy to the social development process and ,.,.....

for, 政府免费照顾工作母亲的孩子能够帮助这些母亲减轻经济和生活上的压力，因为能够节省雇佣开销或者自己照顾的开销。因此她们能够根据自己兴趣选择工作，而不是为了收入和照顾孩子放弃自己的理想。所以能够更好的施展才华创造价值。

against, 政府免费照顾工作母亲的孩子会导致公共资源分配不均，因为居家母亲无法享受这些资源。而社会分配不公往往能够导致冲突和不和谐。

against, 政府免费照顾工作母亲的孩子会导致政府负担加重，特别是对于经济水平较为落后的国家。因此政府可能减少在其他方面的投入，导致人民生活水平受到影响。

一楼说的是gender equality的问题，
我倒觉得这个作文说的是government response for free childcare的问题。。

附上个人观点，格斗士轻点拍~~

1.描述alone children 是因为妈妈们也去上班了
2.有些人认为需要政府来提供免费的人员和设施做childcare
3.表明个人观点，基本赞同

4.中心句，政府的职责之一是提供服务，帮助公民解决问题
5.解释中心句，为什么政府有这样的条件和资金
6.点题，阐述为什么要政府来负责，并且为什么要免费

7,递进中心句，免费的childcare可以带来什么好处
8,解释观点，比如刺激妈妈们去上班：）
9,举例

10,转折, 表示免费不能一概而论
11,解释，比如有些富裕家庭可以不需要免费，并且富裕家庭应该为社会提供基金
12,回归自己立场，毕竟普通家庭居多，还是免费的好啊！

13,总结自己观点 a，政府职责，b 免费的好处
14,照顾对方观点，有时需要考虑实际情况
15,如此一来，childcare的明天会更好

一楼说的是gender equality的问题，
我倒觉得这个作文说的是government response for free childcare的问题 ...

就冲childcare这个关键词，你这篇作文已经挂掉了

琢磨了一会，写不出提纲。没有思路。

1、题目给出的背景是越来越多的女性外出工作。

2、接下来，题目提出，政府有责任为那些母亲是工作女性的孩子提供免费的政府人员和设施。

3、题目询问，请问在你在何种方向/程度上同意或者反对。

1和2直接并没有明显的联系。另外，如果那些父亲是工作男性的孩子是不是应该获得这些免费的政府人员和设施呢。对于单亲家庭呢？

另外让我疑惑的重点是，题目并没有给出，这些免费的政府人员和设施的作用是干嘛的。

太宽泛的命题。写不出来。我认为，只要紧扣是否应该提供，是否应该免费提供，应该TR分数就能拿全。

在我看来，这是一个明显范围不明和性别歧视的题目。

第一、第二个理由都挺好的。

但是第三个，看上去就是像是借口一样的理由。我不太喜欢。

可以考虑改一下。

写的真棒。但是第一个理由着墨过多。与题目关联不紧。

另外有少量语法错误和用词准确性问题。大概6.5-7.5的水平哦。

背景句，随着越来越多的女性加入到labour market, 女性在社会中的担负起了更多的责任，不再仅仅是在家nursing children and clearning households.
改写，因此有一种建议认为政府有义务为这些工作女性的孩子提供免费的帮助，包括人员和设施。
观点，这篇文章讲说明为什么支持这个观点。

首先，这些有孩子的工作女性通过自己的工作，为社会做出了更多的贡献。她们怀孕、生育孩子，为保持国家的持续发展提供了人力基础。同时她们在工作中也做出了与男性一样的贡献。她们通过taxes也对社会做出了应有的贡献。因此她们理应获得比没有孩子的女性更多的welfare。

其次，对于每一个有孩子的工作女性，她们承受了比男人更大的压力。由于社会普遍认为照顾子女的责任是应该由母亲来主要承担的。而对于工作女性，她们一方面要满足公司的工作，另外一方面还需考虑如何更好的照顾孩子。因此政府为她们投入人员和设施，可以让她们减少在平衡孩子和工作的压力。

另外一方面，对于政府来，如果免费提供这些人员和设施也是一笔不小的开支。特别是如果需要提供很长的时间，例如一直到孩子满18岁。因此政府应该根据自身的税收情况，合理的计划如何提供这种帮助。收取少量，工作女性完全可以承受（fullly affordable）的费用，对于政府和那些有孩子的职业女性，都是一个很好的解决方法。

总而言之，对于那些承受着很大责任，为社会做出贡献的有孩子的职业女性，她们理应获得政府的帮助。而政府可以采用收取少量费用的方式，解决实现这些人员和设施的计划的压力。这样，对于政府和这些女性都有双方的好处。

introduction:
It is hard for mothers to strike a banlance between work and family life, and it is a even more daunting challenge for mothers to raise children while having a full-time job. Therefore, government definitely should provide more resources for working mothers to support the upbringing of their children.
paragraph1:
Government should take responsibility to relieve the burden of working mothers.
blah, blah, blah........
paragraph2:
However, since working mothers can earn a salary, they should not receive these public service for free, and furthermore it is unfair for mothers who abandon their jobs in orderto raise their children.
blah, blah, blah........

conclusion:
it is a nutural responsibity for govenment to support those in need, but not all of the support should be given for free.

昨天才看了刘洪波，今天来练练手。

不过话说大家觉得刘洪波系列如何？

刘洪波的最简化，我个人觉得，范文以前的部分，都写的非常好。对于考试要求的解释，对于写作结构的点明，对于一个新接触的雅思的烤鸭，有着很大的帮助。但是后面范文，水平很高。除了反复阅读，反复领会其中的思路，没有办法短期内对烤鸭水平提升提供帮助。个人比较推荐顾家北，我也是通过刘洪波才知道有顾家北的。特别适合需要短期突破到6-6.5的烤鸭。供参考。

看完之后还是不知道你到底是支持还是反对政府免费提供staff and facilities。这种正反面都用同等篇幅来论述的骑墙式写法是鸭家大忌。

hi jssenny, 我已经买了顾家北的书，上个月的考试证明此书的确对短期突破6是有用的。

我个人以为顾的范文有时会给人立场不清或者中心句不强的感觉，甚至一个段落中会出现非中心句的观点。

但不得不说此书用词用句十分地道，高山仰止啊。。

此外，结论前半句呼应第二段，后半句支持第三段。

为什么说这个题目凶险，原因如下：

本题共有3句话，第一句交待背景，可有可无，基本和题干无关，可以直接忽略。第三句用于指定写作类型（essay 还是 report），也没啥新意，同样可以忽略。因此，焦点在于第二句：It is the responsibility of government to provide staff and facilities for children of working mother, free of charge.

从第二句话中，我们可以把题干剥离出来。这个题干划定了几个讨论层次，分别是：
1、whether should it be the responsibility of government to provide staff and facilities for children of working mother, free of charge?
2、whether should these staff and facilities be provided for children of working mother, free of charge
3、whether should these staff and facilities be provided freely?

因此，答案的讨论必须严格限定在以下范畴：
1、staff and facilities for children，中的child，根据柯林斯词典的释义，A child is a human being who is not yet an adult。也就是说，staff and facilities for children 涵盖了从幼儿园到小学到中学的整个阶段。如果写作时只谈及幼儿园，死定！只谈及小学，死定！只谈及中学，死定！
2、for children of working mother，限定为职业女性的小孩，如果写作时只谈论向母亲（而不是有工作的母亲）提供这些staff and facilities，死定！
3、free of charge，这是一个关键点：因为本题讨论范围涵盖从幼儿园到中学，而在全球绝大部分国家，小学、初中（发达国家甚至到高中）属于义务教育，本来就是免费的，而幼儿园则无一例外属于非义务教育，是收费的。所以，写作时必须针对不同情况予以区分，分别进行论述。

综上所述，我本人的答案大致是这样的：

Currently, an increasing number of people are concerned about the issue of if it should be the government’s duty to offer education services freely for career women’s kids. To me, I mainly agree that governments should be responsible for providing obligatory education for all children aged from 6 to 18, no matter whether their mothers are working or not, without any charge; while the free day-care services for kids under 6 of working mother should not be included.

It is obvious that in the vast majority of countries worldwide …… 本段讨论全球范围内，义务教育阶段都是免费的，因此职业女性的小孩必定能接受免费教育，这本来就是政府的义务，不容置疑。

However, that is not to say that nursery services are related to the domain of obligatory education. In fact, …… 本段讨论幼儿园不属于义务教育，因此政府没有义务免费提供这一服务给任何家庭，包括职业女性家庭。

Moreover, …… 本段进一步讨论职业女性外出工作，本身能够创造收入，因此有足够能力支付幼儿园的收费。For example, 这里举例说某女性外出工作收入5000元，只需支付1000元用于幼儿园，还有4000净收入，完全没有理由要求政府提供这方面的免费服务。

In sum, …… 总结说明，政府的责任仅在于提供免费的义务教育，不包括学前教育，而职业女性有足够能力支付该费用，因此不成问题。

首先，定义为一个观点的议论文。答案只能是agree/disagree/partly agree
第一段，交待背景，尤其是越来越多上班母亲。同时答题（task response), 我partly agree这个观点。
第二段，支持应该政府提供staff和facility并免费。理由，母亲养育孩子，是为了家庭，社会的未来。同时举反例，贬低应该由‘政府以外’的对象来承担带来的不好后果。
第三段，不支持应该政府提供staff和facility并免费。切入点可以是收费，而不是免费，因为也要产生成本。
总结，部分同意观点，政府应该提供staff和facility，但是可以酌情收费。
两个focus，一定要写受到直接影响的是工作的妈妈，一定是围绕提供staff和facility来写
