标题: ACT对于悲催职业将于9月3日重新开放
After consultation with the the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) the ACT is pleased to advise that offers of ACT nomination will re-commence on 3/09/2013 for the following occupations. Please note the distribution of these places will be issued on a pro rata basis over the 2013/14 program year

Status ANZSCO Major group

Limited2611 ICT Business and Systems Analysts
Limited2633 Telecommunications Engineering Professionals
Limited2339 Other Engineering Professional
Limited2613 Software and Applications Programmers
Closed2334 Electronics Engineers
Closed2311 Chemical and Materials Engineers

这些个傻X机构，没有一次能把话说明白的。到底按配额分是怎么个分法？不能一次把话说清楚吗？
是说ACT只管发担保，但是拿不拿得到邀请就不管？还是说这些职位的配额里分一部分给州，用完就算？

关键我已经UNTICK了190，选了189了，他们可能不知道。
但是如果同意邀请我了，发现EOI里没有勾，不知道会怎么样？
现在189局势也不好说啊
