标题: 190入籍的疑问
既然190是pr. 若其他入籍条件都满足ig满足四年居住和离境时间的要求。那么190pr一年后已经可以入籍了？我记得是要居住两年的嘛？

有没有朋友讨论一下？

入籍条件
4 years lawful residence in Australia. This period must include 12 months as a permanent resident immediately before making an application for Australian citizenship
四年合法居住同时满足需要申请前12个月是pr身份
and

absences from Australia of no more than 12 months in total in the 4 years prior to application, including not more than 90 days in the 12 months immediately prior to application.
4年里面可以有12个月不在澳洲，但是拿到pr的一年之内只能有最高90天的缺席。这就是条件。

感谢你的回复。我是学生签和毕业签，573、485。满足以上条件，可见190真是很好的签证啊，一年就可以入籍了。

根据你提供的英文解释，我的理解是申请入籍前的那一年最多只能离境90天，而不是拿到PR的一年内只能有最高90天的缺席。

结合上下文理解，我觉得应该是在拿到190前，就已经在澳洲合法居留超过3年（学生签和毕业签，573、485, or whatever）。

然后加上190的12个月，就满足“四年合法居住同时满足需要申请前12个月是pr身份”了。

是这样理解吗？

楼主因为以前有澳洲学习经历，所以是通过这个可以PR后一年入籍的。

跟PR是什么签证（190还是189）是没关系的，关键是PR之前有学生签证或者其他签证所以已经在澳洲住满3年

我09年2月-11年9月都在澳洲然后回国了一直到现在那假如我拿到PR之后之前的时间就不算了是吗？需要再注满4年才行？是这样的吗

好像是最近的4年里的3年在这边然后再满足出境时间的要求。。。

是过去的5年内住满4年，最后一年离境不超过90天。

而且最后一年是持有PR且出境不超过90天吧，不过我记得没有过去五年这一说吧，原文没有提到5年这个时间段，不过一共加起来是要有4年的，https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/citz/startIntervalCalc.do

你说的是对的。因为对于这里的很多人是持189或者190过去的，这两个签证是5年期的，所以，我说5年。移民法案里面没有这个要求。

Australian Citizenship Act 2007 Residence Requirements

To satisfy the residence requirements you must have:

4 years lawful residence in Australia. This period must include 12 months as a permanent resident immediately before making an application for Australian citizenship
and
absences from Australia of no more than 12 months in total in the 4 years prior to application, including not more than 90 days in the 12 months immediately prior to application.
Lawful residence means residence in Australia on a temporary or permanent visa.

1、合法居住在澳洲4年以上（TR或PR均可）；
2、申请前12个月需要是PR；
3、申请前的4年中离开澳洲不超过12个月；

对，离开的总时间加起来不能超过一年
not have been absent from Australia for more than one year in total, in the 4 year period, including no more than 90 days in the year before applying.
你如果是11年9月离开，到现在已经超过一年了。拿到PR后要再住满4年才可以
