标题: 又看到一个挺不错的java职位
高薪啊。标明了100k~140k+super。关于enterprise CMS那一条我是达不到了。估计要靠先打电话跟中介沟通，再加上一份让人信服的cover letter才行。

又有一个不错的。看来传说中的二月找工黄金时段已经来临啦。

这种没有列出很多各种具体技术的工作/公司比较对我的胃口。
早知道就不要那么快做决定了。

一般我是通过indeed设置一些匹配度比较高的alert，比如说title里面一定要有java，一定没有php等等。因为indeed覆盖面很广，所以经常可以收到一些seek上面没有的广告。
然后如果发现在某个网站上时常有相关的工作出现，我就会特地上那个网站上也登记一些alert，也是以严格匹配标准来的。
如果不严格匹配的话，比如就放个java，j2ee之类的，那每天都会有很多不相关的工作送过来，就很浪费时间了。
当然这个可能不太适合全力出击找工作的人。对于骑驴找马的人来说，应该是个不错的选择。

这个不好说，只是个人的喜好。
可能是因为我自己对一些具体的框架什么的不太熟。
觉得有些东西，真的要用到的时候，学一下就可以了，多用就会比较熟悉。
如果专门列出了某些很具体的东西出来，显得公司只是想直接拿人过来用，太过于关注当前的需求了。
个人看法。

汗啊

只瞄了一下responsibilities跟requirements，没仔细看其它的。连公司网站也没上。
search, machine learning有接触，image processing就只懂点皮毛而已。

感觉这个应该不至于找那么全面的吧。既然已经说了这些是他们的强项，估计里面已经有人是这几方面的专家了。
我们如果要申请的话，可以强调自己match它的requirements，然后再从上面三个中选一两个再强调一下，应该能提高一点机会。

看了LZ的帖子同是做java的实在有太多东西需要向楼主学习我太不关注澳洲找工技巧和调研 200多封求职申请基本都投在了seek 而且投简历从来不打电话给中介本人腼腆不愿意做那些流程上的事情从来只相信是金子总会发光但是现在发现吃苦的只是自己白白浪费那么多时间和机会虽然现在幸运有了perm的工作做finance的工资也还可以但是只能归咎于运气依然要向楼主学习

补充一句我的工作最终也不是通过seek找到的是雇主直接面试的可见澳洲中介是如何不看好我的简历反倒是我工作后上周倒接到中介2个电话说我从前投过简历给他们这都猴年马月的事情了，都是去年投的总结一句澳洲中介也就那样你没有工作他们看不上你你有相关工作经验在澳洲他们追着你苦的是新移民不知道什么时候机会降临是在佩服楼主十几个申请就拿下offer 可见澳洲市场research工作做得很充分当然自身实力也是很重要的

如果技术到位了，什么时候口语练熟了,什么时候开始申请。好的公司机会只有一次。浪费了可惜。

又来一个，这次是大名鼎鼎的红帽子哦。要求做过graphic modelling gwt 再会点java就行了。

不过问题是这个职位的需求看起来很具体，可能是replacement的，估计公司不是处于扩张期了。进去了可能机会也不多。
不像前面贴的那个可以干掉矿业的公司，处于上升期，机会可能多些。
