标题: 突然发现1119配偶加分的partner要求描述没看明白 谁帮忙给个近期的确定消息？
配偶需要加那5分 但是要求没看明白
1119里写的是这个

has obtained a suitable skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority for
their nominated occupation.

解释是这个a suitable skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority for your partner’s
nominated occupation (see ‘Self-assessment’ on page 18);

但是什么是suitable ？

比如我是261312/3 走acs 那配偶只要在sol-schedule1上就好 还是也要走acs？EA行不行？

看了有一种说法如下 但是不知道出处

配偶 -
Partner skills • 必须包含在申请中-be included on the same visa application as the primary applicant
• 配偶不是澳大利亚永居或公民-not be an Australian permanent resident or citizen
• 申请时年龄不超过50岁-be less than 50 years old at the time of application
• 评估的职业在SOL上（并且需要与主申职业在一个SOL列表上）-nominate an occupation on the Skilled Occupation List, and be assessed by the relevant assessing authority as having suitable skills for the occupation
• 雅思单项4个6分-have Competent English
• 过去24个月中有12个月以上某一SOL上职业的工作经历-have been employed in a skilled occupation for at least 12 months in the 24 months before the application is lodged.

189/190/489采用同一个移民打分体系：
里边对配偶加分的定义为：

Partner SkillsYou can receive five points if your partner meets requirements at the time you are invited to apply relating to:
You cannot receive these points if your partner is not included on your visa application, or if they are an Australian citizen or an Australian permanent resident.
PointsEvidence required
5        You must provide evidence that your partner meets the requirements. This evidence must be:
        
  • documents that prove your partner is 50 years of age or younger         
  • documents that prove your partner has at least competent English         
  • a positive skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority for your partner’s nominated occupation (your partner’s nominated occupation must be on the same Skilled Occupation List as your nominated occupation).

简单的来说：
1.小于50岁
2.英语4个6
3.与主申用一个SOL列表（不按照评估机构分，只是按照列表schedule 1/2进行区分），并且职业认证通过
4.与主申在同一个移民申请中
5.不能使澳洲的Citizen或者PR

所以配偶也没有近24个月内必须12个月sol的工作经历这一说

刚发现这种重要的信息竟然是1119里不包括只在webpage的一个tab里

今年的技术移民手册里虽然移除了最近24月中至少12月相关工作经验的要求，但是大多数职业评估机构还是有相应的要求的。
