请问各位有经验的坛友几个填写103类父母移民47PA表的问题，

Part H – Dependent children aged 18 years or over and other dependants
我是独生子女，目前在澳洲，准备做为我父母移民申请的担保人。那么这个Part还需要填写吗？

Part J – Details of other family members
Give details of ALL your other family members (If not living, write ‘DECEASED’ in country of current residence column)
祖父母已经去世很久了，这一Part还需要填写吗？
