是的。这个其实只是一个道德约束。
既然人家SA担保你了，就去住两年做点贡献吧。
我觉得还是先在SA住比较好，免得在别的地方都已经住习惯了再折腾过去。
说不定在SA住两年就会爱上那里舍不得离开了呢，我是这样想的。

但是SA的专业工作机会毕竟有限。如果其他城市刚好有专业相关工作，先去工作几年，攒点钱，混点本土背景，再去SA两年去满足这个道德要求，我觉的是符合规则的吧。
虽然我知道法律意义上讲即使不去SA也没关系，但是还是想尽量遵守这个道德上的约束。

个个地方写的略有不同，但好像记得南澳网上申请的时候，里面提到必须头两年在南澳的。你登录南澳网站申请的地方看看，呵呵，好希望是我看错了。

我想探讨的是SA以及DIAC对这两年到底是如何要求的。我们要做的是去满足这个要求，同时又能使自己过的更好。

假如现在悉尼有个内部转岗的工作机会，如果SA的两年要求不是最开始的两年，那我就毫不犹豫地去了。过几年再去SA去满足那个要求。我觉的这样是合情合理合法的。

假如SA的两年要求是最开始的两年，那我就不能先去悉尼了。

这个是本质区别。

SA的官方网站，只是commitment to live and work in the state for at least two years，没说是哪两年。
SA的申请系统暂时关掉了，看不到填申请的时候上面的措辞。

12.1.2 Undertaking relevant research on job opportunities and any licensing/registration requirements.

12.1.3 If applicable providing information about previous visits to South Australia and family or social networks.

12.1.4 Onshore applicants may be required to provide evidence of South Australian residence and that their employment experience has been primarily achieved in South Australian.

Sponsorship is being granted on the condition that I will migrate to and live in South Australia for at least two years.
确实没说是头两年，
migrate to，从悉尼到南澳也算是migrate吧。

我在准签之后大约两周的时候，收到了SA移民局给我的一封通知信【Please register your arrival in South Australia】，信中第二段开头就是：Immigration SA is required to monitor your residence in South Australia for the first tow years after your arrival in Australia to live and work. 这里明确说了是the first tow years，不知道各位SA176是不是都收到了这封信。
