标题: 关于澳洲回头签证
本人2007年8月准签的PR，当年11月和LP两人短登一周后回国继续工作。2011年6月生了个儿子，因为打算今年签证到期前长登，所以去年10月为儿子办理了护照，并递交了他的PR申请，但是之后得知准签需要十四个月，那么意味着，我和LP的PR到期前，儿子还拿不到PR。儿子现在还不满一周岁，我们不想单独把他留给父母亲在国内带，所以想现在就申请RRV。
想请问的是，我们目前的情况有没有可能申请到一年的RRV？如果可能得提交什么样的证明呢（印象中，要求说明和澳洲的联系，可是我们只短登过一周，没有开立账户，也没有办理税号和medicare卡什么的）？谢谢！

貌似RRV不行，还得去澳洲住2年才成啊，今年8月之前得去常驻吧。

依現今規定，RRV 有三種不同期限，五年 - 一年 - 三個月。

明文如下:
Five year visa You must have spent two of the last five years in Australia.

One year visa (for applicants outside Australia)
If your last departure from Australia was as a permanent resident or Australian citizen:
you must provide evidence of substantial business, cultural, employment or personal ties of benefit to Australia
andif you have been absent for more than five continuous years since your last departure from Australia as an Australian permanent resident or Australian citizen, you must provide evidence of compelling reasons for your absence over five years.

Three month Resident Return visa
Residence requirement
You must have spent at least one day in the last five years in Australia as a permanent resident or an Australian citizen
and You must provide evidence of compelling and compassionate reasons for your departure.

LZ 的情形應該會發給三個月或一年RRV
所謂的關係證明，像是小孩念書，購置房產，工作合約，可以證明你在澳洲生活的紀錄(水電費單之內的)，你的情形似乎比較達不到這要求，可能就三個月了。
如果要保住PR，準備長登吧!

不明白 citizen也需要visa？

公民就直接拿AU護照了，不是嗎?

還是說公民使用外國護照? 因為澳洲也是允許雙重國籍的。

To be eligible for a five year Resident Return visa you must be one of the following:

an Australian permanent resident
a former Australian permanent resident whose last permanent visa was not cancelled
a former Australian Citizen who lost or renounced their citizenship.
You must also meet one of the following eligibility requirements.

我谨慎的认为即使pr过期，到时候依然可以申请一个3个月的rrv进去。所以lz可以继续呆到认为长登条件成熟再申请rrv不迟
