标题: 求助，如何做澳洲UAC认可的学历认证。
我在UAC官网上看到学历需要认证，而且海外公证处公证的并不被接受。

c) Documents verified OVERSEAS (except New Zealand)

An authorised officer at:

the official records department of the institution that originally issued the document/s
an Australian overseas diplomatic mission or Australian Educational Centre.

大家能否帮我看看，这二句话是什么意思啊？怎么样的人才能帮我做认证？
