重要通知

1.2012年2月15日，澳大利亚政府公告，澳洲永久居民签证持有人若在过去五年内未在澳洲居住满两年，其居民返程签证有效期将有所改变，有效期从五年减少至一年。更多有关申请流程的信息，请参考居民返程签证网页。

immi的网站还没有改,但驻华大使馆出通知了.

以前也是二年申请下一个五年啊，没有变化呀

就個人理解，還是有一些變化的。

之前----
五年住滿兩年，續下一個五年RRV。未滿兩年，須看IMMI OFFICER判斷，五年或三個月均有可能。

現在----
五年住滿兩年，續下一個五年RRV。(這個沒變)
五年未住滿兩年，僅能申請為期一年的RRV，需要一些證明文件~(IMMI 不用頭疼了，估計很多糾紛)
五年只要有登陸，即可申請三個月的RRV

算是把漏洞補起來吧?或者是說把一些容易爭議的灰色地帶給明確規範。

只要没住满，一概最多拿到1年的RRV，哪怕是解释有亲属有联系。。。

估计是太多人钻空子不住2年照样续，移民局烦了

One year visa (for applicants in Australia) You must provide evidence of substantial business, cultural, employment or personal ties of benefit to Australia; and if you have been absent from Australia for more than five continuous years since the grant of your most recent permanent visa, you must provide evidence of compelling reasons for your absence over five years.

這種情況對一般人是不會發生的，你沒看到這個句子的亮點啊?!

if you have been absent from Australia for more than five continuous years since the grant of your most recent permanent visa
一般簽證五年，其中至少激活了一次，所以~在怎麼算都不會連續五年以上沒進澳洲，也就是我前面說的，未滿兩年給一年RRV，不要有太多的自行想像空間。

很簡單的一句話，怎麼會很多人看不懂捏???

不好意思，我是登陆过几天，签证要到期了，想再申请一年签证长登。

如果申请了还不return，就这么年复一年的续吗？

看官网上的155-checklist.pdf，下面这些都是必须要提交的材料吗？

Documents as evidence of substantial business ties

You are expected to demonstrate you have substantial ownership interests in business and that you are personally involved at a senior level in the day to day operations and management of the business. The business should be an Australian business or a branch of a business which has connections with Australia.
Documents can be:

company reports defining your role and authority

business transactions

partnership/joint venture agreements

contracts showing your signature

business or personal records.

Documents as evidence of substantial cultural ties

Evidence to support a claim of cultural ties may include:

publications written by you

contracts

evidence of membership of cultural associations

newspaper articles about you

programs listing your artistic or cultural performances.

Documents as evidence of employment ties

You are expected to demonstrate that you are currently employed, or have a formal offer of employment in Australia, or are employed overseas by the Australian government or a commercial organisation. Documents can be:

letter of offer from employers

employment contracts

recent official documents such as group certificates

employee identification/security pass.

Documents as evidence of personal ties

Evidence to support a claim of personal ties may include:

birth certificates, citizenship certificates or evidence of permanent residence of close family members who reside in Australia

proof of children attending school in Australia

proof of relationships with those close family members who reside in Australia

evidence of ownership of property in Australia, such as rates notices or property contracts.
Documents as evidence of family unit

Evidence to support that you are an immediate member of a family group where the family head holds a current RRV.

certified copy of the family member’s passport data page and valid RRV

current proof of relationship.
