Some people think they live in the high-rise building blocks feel only and unhappy, but others do not think so. Discuss both view and give own opinion.
In the present-day society, increasing number of people tend to live in the apartments. Whilst the possible unpleasant issues that may bring, I firmly believe the benefits of it is hardly deniable. The reasons of the opposite views are discussed as the following.
Admittedly, choosing apartment would lead to several unfavorable situations. Firstly, people live in the high-rise are much easier to be interrupted by the noises from the neighbors. A telling example is that, the whole residents in level 3 to 5 would be afflicted with the terrible noise if a new family move in to the level 4 of the building and carry on some renovation works. That would result in aggravating the neighbor relationship. Besides, to the aged group, living in apartment offers less chance for their originally limited social life. Due to using lift and not sufficient public areas, making new friends or having both room and possibility to meet their neighbor friends become hardly practicable. That would sadly damage the aged dwellers’ psychological wellbeing to some extents, consequently.
Even so, a vast number of merits of choosing high-rise residential building are easily noticeable. First of all, for the car-owners, having under-ground garage means no more worry of finding the limited road-side parking place if they work till late. Especially in the case of the private locked garage, it offers apparent security together with the no dusty condition. Besides the security to the vehicles, other properties of the apartment residents are also well secured. In other words, by using the swipe card, the possibility of in-door stealing is significantly decreased. Even the minority groups, as the breeding-mother with baby and the elder, live in the apartments confidently safety. Furthermore, it enables much disposable time for its dwellers. Unlike living in the house, owners have no necessity to allocate extra time to the garden and backyard, and free worry about being fined to the un-swept front door area. By contrast, the property manager hired staffs to address all these issues. Thus, the residents of the high-rise building have much more time to enjoy their recreations.
To conclude, although some inconveniences living in apartment may bring, the obvious security to both the property and personals adds to the promising leisure time are undeniable. Therefore, I strongly insist residents there are definitely benefited.
