昆州8月1日后购买新房$10000补助只针对本地居民,GC另有$8000奖励

Gold Coast City Council will provide another 8,000 new building boost on the top of 10,000 new building boost from Queensland Government for the first home buyers. And $5000 for home buyers. It also will be effective from 1st August 2011, will be end on 31st January 2011
