请问L牌可以搭载一位饮酒的full牌吗？

full牌饮酒了。

但是L牌没有饮酒。

L牌是驾驶员，full牌陪同驾驶，车上没其他人。

请问这种情况合法吗？

我认为没喝醉应该是合法的。并没有任何条文说喝了酒就不能supervise，对不对？:mk_24   但如果是喝得不省人事了，那肯定就丧失supervise能力了。


L platers must:

Be supervised at all times by the holder of a full Australian driver licence.
Have L plates displayed conspicuously at the front and rear exterior of the car (or an L sign on the roof) when driving. L plates cannot be fixed on the window inside the car.
Observe a maximum speed limit of 80 km/h.
Not tow any other vehicle.
Not exceed zero blood alcohol concentration (in effect, this means you cannot drink before driving).
Not supervise another learner driver.
Only carry the number of passengers that can be properly seated in seats and restrained by approved seat belts or child restraints.
Only drive a vehicle with a seatbelt fitted to the driver's position and wear the seat belt.
Not drive with any passengers in or on the boot of the vehicle.

Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Amendment
(Novice Drivers) Act 2007
This Act was assented to on 23 November 2007 and
commenced on 21 December 2007. The Act extended
the requirement for a zero prescribed concentration of
alcohol for drivers holding an Australian learner licence
or a NSW provisional licence to visiting drivers holding
an overseas learner licence or an interstate or overseas
provisional licence (or equivalent). It also extended certain
offences relating to alcohol and other drug use that are
currently directed at NSW full driver licence holders who
are supervising drivers holding an Australian learner licence,
to visiting drivers holding an interstate or overseas full driver
licence and to the supervision of visiting drivers holding an
overseas learner licence (or equivalent)

full 牌开车，可以喝一个standard drink，如此理解的话，只能喝一个sd。超了的话不可以。喝醉就更不行了。如果被抓到，你们俩都有麻烦。

full牌陪同l牌的时候，好像不能是standard drink，需要酒精0含量。
