AMES, a surprise.
Today I received the driver license translation docs from AMES. It's a surprise to me since my expectation is I can only get it after the new year's day.AMES staff told me it may take 2 monthes for the translation of driver licenses and Immunization record. Acturally, it takes only 3 working days for me to get the translated docs. I like AMES.:D :D

Today we went to wantirna south, although our plan is disrupted by the heavy rain, I would say it is no regret to take this trip.
We take a 1-hour tour in Waverley Christian College, that's a pleasant trip since we can feel how happy the students here are. Obviously, testing score is not the focus here, at least it is not the only focus. It is not important what the students would do after graduation, god creates all kinds of people, the school just help the young people find out what they are good at.
It is said that there will be storm later in Melbourne. Since we don't have car and have to rely on public transport, we decided to come back home early. Pastor Luo of citylife church sent us home using his car. It is not uncommon to get help from people who never know before in your life here, that makes difference in everyone's life.

i am also thinking about buying a house in western mel,POINT COOK looks like a good choice but its too barren,i can't imagine living in a house without trees around it.
It will never be easy to make a choice. i chose to live here then i will have to accept the truth that even in a country like ozi still cannot afford the so-called good house.

It takes 10 years to grow trees. You may consider some older houses, not the new developments. Point Cook certainly should not be your choice, it's more suitable for investment.

The bus stop is close to our home, I can easily arrange my time and do not need wait for a long time. In the chinese markets, I do not need speak English. In the library, I can easily borrow many chinese books. I also met many Chinese friends in the church, looks more I'm living somewhere in China, not in Australia.
I feel a little bit nervous about all those happens around me this week, is this the life I want?:o u really need a car!

Since I know almost nothing about car, I just thought the dealer should be very happy now.:D :DHe got money and I got the car with RWC/service log. I checked it on vicroads VIP and seems it is OK.
Seems that now what I need do is just waiting at home for the car to come.:funk:

As the old saying, "No picture, no truth". Have a look. Today I went the primary school to enrol my son in. The staff gave me the application form and told me my son need go to the language school for 2 terms' english program.
Then I called blackburn language school to make an appointment and then went there for enrolment. The new term will began from Feb 2011.

I can not make sure that if it is in good condition, and that's why I bought the car from the dealer. I hope if there is some problem, the warranty could help me out.

Which year's model is it? Is there any extras? Did you test-drive the car then? Reverse, speed up, slow down, break, check all lights and indicators, try all power windows, look under the bonnet and below the car, ect. - I'm no mechanic, but I certainly don't want to miss some apparent faults...Buying a car, esp. a second-hand one, your journey starts from your local library and online.:P 原帖由 pinxinge 于 14-12-2010 13:45 发表:
