什么是behavioural questions
看到好多人提高面试中有behavioural questions,有没有高手解释下是哪一类的问题呢?怎么答比较合适啊? Examples:1. Describe a situation in which you were able to use persuasion to successfully convince someone to see things your way.
2. Describe a time when you were faced with a stressful situation that demonstrated your coping skills.
3. Give me a specific example of a time when you used good judgment and logic in solving a problem.
4. Give me an example of a time when you set a goal and were able to meet or achieve it.

STAR是个好方法应对这方面的问题。
大概解释一下STAR:
S - Situation 描述一下情况
T - Task 你的任务是什么
A - Action 你采取了什么动作
R - Result 取得了什么结果 似乎很深奥的样子:s2 不深奥,提问者试图通过你之前的行为来推测将来遇到相类似的情况,你会怎么处理
采用STAR可使回答显得比较有说服力 如果用中文面试,就不用担心了,╮(╯▽╰)╭ Tips for answering such questions:
be confident
be honest
