我和 partner一起注册了 一个 公司 但是 由于 是他去 注册的现在 公司的 regisited date 2010.7.20 renew date 是 2011。7。20 一个公司是只可以注册1年 然后每年去 renew 还是里面有猫腻 啊大家知道吗谢谢高人指点江山 不慎感激 有人吗 有人吗 是不是一个公司 一上来是 1年然后 每年要去renew啊 谢谢各位拉 注册公司不知道了，如果你注册是sole trader, partnership那些就不用 注册的是 pty ltd Type Australian Proprietary Company, Limited By SharesRegistration Date 20/07/2010

按照澳洲公司注册规定，公司每年必须renew的，费用为220刀，如果到期不去支付费用，是要被罚款的。 楼上的 帅哥 那为什么 他不能写 一次 5年 或者 3年呢 楼上， 楼上的楼上不是说了， 这是法律规定。 如果公司开始运作了，你估计需要会计师的吧，这些可以咨询会计师的，免费的。
不过楼上的楼上的楼上的解答已经很清楚了，是需要每年交类似年费的东东，RENEW的内容我记得可以在网上自己完成，但如果有会计师，他们会帮你搞定的。
我才请的，一年1200块，基本涉及会计的事物都包括了，还算比较省心的。

因为你注册的是有限公司，所以，需要每年支付公司年费220刀。
sole trader 的执照分3年（一次性付120刀）和5年的（一次性付200刀），具体费用各州不同。

sole trader 是个人经营。办理个人经营执照当然需要支付执照费。（费用每个州不同）。
经营执照和ABN是二个不同的概念，颁发的部门也不同。（前者相当于中国的工商局，后者相当于是税务局）
ACN的含义的是（Australian Company Number）这个是澳洲公司号码，和 sole trader 又是二回事了。 What's a sole trader?

Limiting liability
Talk to an accountant or lawyer about the legal ownership of personal assets or the use of trusts to limit liability. For instance, the family home may not be exposed if it is in the name of your spouse — you must get legal advice before you do this, because there are other consequences, especially if the spouse dies or you divorce. Also, you may not be able to do this if your sole purpose is to avoid a creditor.
Tax

奶爸说得没错。。合作伙伴如果只靠利益捆绑，那很难走得远。。 Sole trader or Partnership business only have ABN, Company has ACN and ABN.
Sole trader and Partnership business may have "Business Name". "Business Name" is registered in every state's Fair Trading Office, and fee is required. You can renewyour "Business Name" every three years or five years. "Business Nam" is just protected in a state range, bur can't use in different states. For example A business name registered in QLD will not be protected in NSW, or VIC.Using your name as "Business Name" doesn't need to be registered, not fee is needed.
Company is registered inAustralian Securities & Investments Commission, Comany has both ACN abd ABN, ACN needs to be renewed every year. The company "Name" is protected in whole Australian Federation. 没有永远的朋友，也没有永远的敌人，只有永恒的利益。。。。这是谁说的来着？
