提几点建议：
1.时态要统一。
2.断句要及时，一句话只能有一个主语，如果是连续的几个动作，主语应该放在第一个动作之前。如Then standed up ,he drewed his pants up and started running again. 应为：Then he stood up,pulled up his pants and started to run again.
3.动词+介词的组合平时要注意积累。比如ran at them，并无这种用法，容易使人迷惑。
4.一些小细节要注意，比如拼写和冠词的使用，etc。
