是奥运村的比赛场馆，所以条件好。:loveliness:

羽毛球的价格不便宜，方便的话最好自己带一些球过来，自己再从国内带一副好拍子来。
参加我们的活动，我们的球和场地都是安排好的，不用担心。:)
上两周就有国内刚过来的朋友参加我们的活动，玩得挺开心的。

没有谁是天生就会打球的，朋友们都是一点一滴地锻炼积累起来的经验和技术，在实践中慢慢提高的。
大家常在一起交流，不知不觉技术就提高了。
经常打球，手感也就有了。手感有了，就慢慢找到打球的感觉了。:)

ALEX:这么快就把我的信息updated 了。 谢谢啊。因为球技不好，要多多包含啊。上次去，全身肌肉酸了一个星期！！不过还值得，平时走路都太少了。真要多点运动。

多打两次肌肉就不酸了，因为身体适应了。:)
还是平时缺乏锻炼的原因。

1. 地址是Sports Halls(Indoor Sports Centre), Corner of Olympic Boulevard and Grand Parade, Olympic Park.You can take train from Lidcombe Train Station to get there. 建议看24楼到31楼的图片指南和方向指示，很容易就找到了。
2. 在Sydney的Rebel 体育用品店可以买到拍子。 www.rebelsport.com.au
3. 可以先参加一次我们的活动，觉得合适，觉得喜欢再加入。

2. my knee was hurt during "city to surf" last weekend, wonder if i can join next week, will need more rest.

You are welcome. :)
1. Some friends bring their own rackets from China.
2. Buy the Voltaren Emugel from Pharmacy shop, put some on your knees, massage into your skin. After 2 days, you will feel much better, after 4 or 5 days, you might recover. Recommend to many friends and they are satisfied with that.
3. After getting out the Olympic Park train station, if you follow the sign correctly, it will take you less than 10 minutes to get to the badminton courts.

Ok, I only know the English name is "Voltaren Emugel", it is made in Switzerland.
You can get from any pharmacy shop easily.
