Is salary Package worth or not?
I've just applied salary package(SP) for my new work, and have packaged over 10k annually. But I heard someone said that SP is not worth enough for tax reture (fringe Tax Benefit or something) and therefore better not apply for that.<br>It really confused me and could someone kind enough show me the way?<img src="../leadbbsfile/UBBicon/em10.GIF"align=absmiddle border=0>

I am not sure which kind of salary package you would have, but I have some experience of my salary package. Our salary package is done like that, every month before I get my salary, I provide the expense of last month to a company which handle our salary package, then the company will take the money I provided from my employer and transfer to my bank account. So these money is not includ in my gross income and I need not pay tax for it. For example, I earn 30,000 per year, and I can package 10,000 per year.
