请教在昆州和ACT，香港驾照换当地驾照什么要求呢？

我看网站上说：
You will need to apply for a Queensland driver licence if you:
“You are not an Australian citizen, but before you took up residence in Queensland you were given a resident visa and you have now been residing in Queensland for 3 months"

我现在的情况是，我在维州住了一段时间。然后现在到昆州，能直接拿香港驾照换当地驾照么？（我没有维州驾照）还是说要住满三个月才能够申请换驾照呢？有没有操作过的前辈给写个指点，不胜感激啊。
