Anything suspecious? 估计是柚木表的挖角吧，直接连根挖。 是有点奇怪。不过这个工资怕不容易吸引人成群结队去申请吧？搞不好这个工资是给整个团队去分的。:L 这钱肯定是整个团队分的阿。其实雇主就是想走捷径，从头组建有能力又合得来的团队很麻烦的。
这是用找工程队的思路找程序员啊。

一个人能做的事情总有极限的。很多鸡毛蒜皮的事情大牛也不见得愿意去做。
招单打独斗的expert总是容易的，要把团队磨合好就难了。好多小公司做不大，就是这道坎过不去。人数超过3，相对技术能力本身，communication和性格方面的因素占的比例指数级上升。 Daibaw 发表于 24-5-2016 12:44
