房价有的房子降了很多，房租也降了很多，空置率很高，官方报道5%，但是感觉很多远远不止，租不掉的房子，房东只能降低租金。总比空着好。
不过感觉还有很大的下降空间

Dear All,

As you may be aware, XXXX contract with respect to the Gorgon Tug and Barge scope of work ceases as of 31 December 2015.

As a consequence, the following vessels will be completing their tenure on the project under OMSA’s contract over the next 3 and a half months:

Specific demobilization dates will be communicated to crew members of the above vessels by your employers (XXXXXXX) with the requisite notice being provided.

Whilst the Gorgon contract was always inevitably going to end, we are by no means finishing up on 31 December 2015 as we have ongoing work and contracts and an eye on future opportunities.

I am proud to be associated with a company that has achieved outstanding results and has become a world class organization. We have a lot to be proud of as an “A” grade contractor and by contract end we will have successfully completed over 6 years on this ground breaking infrastructure project. One which may not occur again in our lifetime.

Whilst the Gorgon project is going to end, I believe that approximately 8000-15000 employee will lose their job (or high wage job ) soon. And most of those employee are living in Perth or WA

we are also influenced by the coming ending of the Gorgon project.... unfortunately.... our surveyor side is feeling the pain now and next would be us.....
btw, Omsa is our valued client as well...

佛教在印度还是合法的，但已经不是多数教了。退守尼泊尔、斯里兰卡、吸金、东亚和东南亚的缅甸、泰国、柬埔寨、老挝、越南了。
