请教 用澳大利亚PR身份去新西兰做移民监的问题
请教大家如果已经有澳大利亚的PR 又突然发现新西兰的移民监比较容易坐 能否拿着澳大利亚PR去新西兰待够时间 然后获得新西兰的永久PR？另外澳大利亚PR在新西兰，和新西兰的PR，在各个方面待遇有什么不同？

Australian citizens and permanent residents do not usually require a visa for travel to New Zealand, unless they are a person with significant character issues as described in Sections 15 and 16 of the Immigration Act 2009.

具体是否可行还要咨询新西兰移民局或者找相关案例。
但是就算可行这也是憋出毛病了才干这个。。。 我同事俩，一个人是新西兰PR，一个是新西兰公民，说了他遇到的问题：
1.失业补助，澳洲PR在新西兰可拿失业补助，新西兰PR在澳洲的不可以拿，其他福利不影响，如：牛奶金，退休金
2.新西兰公民或PR，孩子上学不能申请HELP.
时间掌握得好的话，你可以拿了新西兰永久绿卡之后，再回澳洲住满2年，再续签个5年澳洲绿卡，也算是有双重保障了。 andyyangjian 发表于 6-7-2015 22:37

有这么多时间坐移民监，还不如3年呆在澳洲，直接入籍 只少要4年，还不包括申请面试考试宣示要等得时间。
