QLD买房是不是合同上没有房子的规划图？

我看别的州合同上都有规划图。知道easement在哪里。昆州这边没有吗？
我需要怎么才能获得啊？

同问合同上有没有规划图。
不过部分easement在1100.com.au上可以查询到。

问 房地产中介拿， 合同里应该标明。
过户律师也会查。

在合同里是没有图的。 可是easement 是必须在合同里写明。
中介在签约的时候也要告诉买家。
实在不放心， 让你的过户律师去查。 要付钱。
