是专门办理房地产过户手续的律师。
就像医生， 有GP， 外科医生， 麻醉师一样，

conveyancer过户律师是：a lawyer who specializes in the business of conveying properties
买卖房屋遇到的solicitor是：A lawyer who gives legal advice and prepares legal documents ，并且同时完成过户。

所以，solicitor比conveyancer高一个级别至少。同样，solicitor的收费也比con高。
