有两个问题不太清楚怎么回答：

Have you ever been admitted to hospital and/or received medical treatment for an extended period for any reason (including for a major operation or treatment of a psychiatric illness)? 我老婆刚刚剖腹产，怎么选？

Are you taking any prescribed pills or medication (excluding oral contraceptives, over-the counter medication and natural supplements)? If yes, please list these. 刚生完孩子不久，这几天刚开始吃医院开的一个头孢类药，要填上吗？

另外生完孩子刚两个月，体检有什么要注意的吗？

如果伤疤是可见的 最好要写上。

第二个是问你现在是不是正在吃。如果现在不吃了就算了

上面我说的 现在正在吃 意思是 说你现在需要一直依赖处方药，要定期吃。   不是你现在看帖子的时候吃的 ;P
