acs 评估的certified copy认证签字问题

看到有2位前辈总结，可以做电子签名在各份原件拷贝上，不知道移民局什么要求，反正我先写邮件给ACS,问他们手签还是电子签,他今天回答我如下
"We would prefer the person certifying the documents to sign them and provide the required information."
大家谈谈大家的理解.是不是尽量手签,但是电子签也可以,只是退而求其次的接受?

我是每张手签，反正也没多少张
