2。有关食物买卖需要申请许可证
谢谢提醒，我查了下面几个网站，发现我们的活动是不需要申请任何permit或者food license的。如果我理解的不对，请帮我指出。

When you need a licence
Under the Food Act 2006, a meal is defined as food that:
is, or is intended to be, eaten by a person sitting at a table, or a fixed structure used as a table, with cutlery; and
is of adequate substance as to be ordinarily accepted as a meal
Examples that need a licence include:
a restaurant, open daily to the public, operated by a sporting club to raise revenue for the club
a non-profit organisation preparing and selling meals to homeless person at a homeless persons hostel
the preparation of meals by Meals on Wheels
mobile food van (providing meals) at a sporting ground
When no licence is needed
A non-profit organisation is not a licensable food business if:
the meals consist only of fruit, cereal, toast or similar food
the meals are prepared as part of an educational or training activity conducted by the organisation involving food preparation, hospitality or catering
the meals are pre-prepared by an entity other than the non-profit organisation and are stored and heated or otherwise prepared by the organisation in accordance with directions of the meal's manufacturer
it provides only: whole fruit or vegetables, drinks such as cordial, milk, Milo or juice, chips, nuts or dried fruit, biscuits, slices or cakes that are not potentially hazardous (that is, they do not contain fresh custard or cream and are shelf stable, for example carrot cake, Anzac biscuits, blueberry muffins)
if the food does not constitute a meal, for example, a sausage sizzle, therefore a not-for-profit organisation does not need a food licence

Booking parks for special events
Construction impacts on booking sites - City Botanic Gardens, Brisbane
Due to an extensive upgrade to the lighting and electrical network throughout the City Botanic Gardens, we are unable to take any park bookings for the City Botanic Gardens from 17 March 2014 to the end of March 2015. Bookings already confirmed between these dates will be honoured. If you have any further queries please phone Council on 07 3403 8888. Council apologises for any potential inconvenience this may cause.
To reserve an area for a special function, large corporate function or major event, you can book designated sites in Brisbane City Council parks and gardens.
Standard conditions apply to all park bookings, however special conditions may apply to some bookings depending on the event and park booked.
All booking conditions must be complied with to ensure parks are maintained for everybody to enjoy.
Designated sites
Designated sites are generally available between 8am - 7pm, seven days a week (minimum two hour booking):
you must book the designated site at least five working days prior to the event. If the event is being held in less than five working days, the booking cannot be processed
for each two hours a $294.90 (inc GST) booking fee (valid from 1 July 2014) applies
bookings apply to the single area you choose in the park and to the use of a rotunda or power (if available)
you can't book barbecues, shelters (other than marked rotundas) or playgrounds; you must share these facilities with other park visitors
the booking fee is refundable if you give two working days notice of cancellation in writing
a security bond may apply if you bring your own equipment such as a marquee
vehicle access is restricted in many parks, but may be negotiated at Council's discretion in some parks
if you are selling food at your event, you will need to read the licencing information and submit a Temporary Food Stall Licence (PDF - 46kb)

Major events
If you want to hold a major event in Council parkland and/or an event that is open to the public where it is anticipated more than 2,000 people will attend, you need to apply for an entertainment events permit.

关于food license，我引用的网页可能不太合适，那个是针对business的。我们这个属于慈善性质，应该是不适用。
我专门咨询过我们教会负责食物的同工，他说只要是慈善性质的，针对认识人的售卖是不需要license的。要注意的一点是所有的食物要写上主要成分，防止过敏的事情发生。
关于他说的这一条，我还没有在任何网站上找到，我会继续查找。如果你找到相关的也请告诉我们。
这也是我们现在希望把聚会范围控制在论坛和微信朋友圈中，而不能在报纸上打广告的原因。

这上面只是说2000人以上的聚会需要特殊的permit，而且定场地也不能定棚子。也没有说必须定场地才可以举行活动。

我也是这么理解的，我们如果能控制来的人的范围，就属于私人性质的聚会。
看来又是布村的一次大型聚会呀
貌似每次聚会时我都不在布里斯班，这次也只能精神上支持一下

我也报名。两大人两小孩儿。我们有张2米4长的折叠桌，和两个小的烧烤炉。暂时想到可以卖提拉米苏和凉拌牛肉。:loveliness:

越来越好了，必须严正支持。本人打算制做哈尔滨风干肠来参加义卖。绝对家庭手工制做，配以密制干肠香料。成本不低，本人打算亏本卖，将销售额全部捐出。另外加上我家领导的手工点心“开口笑”，希望大家捧场。
