有人在ebay上买货后退货的经历吗？
前一阵子在ebay上买了一个功放，说是brand new（not opened, not used, in original package...），收货后一看其实是卖家打开过用过的东西，首先包装上的透明胶布贴了不止一层，其次里面还留了卖家的一页手写提示告诉我要用随功放一起过来的变压器（因为功放是美国货，和澳洲电压不一致），最后变压器还是装在一个本来装锅的包装盒里给寄过来的。太欺负人了，决定退货。上Paypal提出dispute后升级成claim，要求退款。今天收到paypal发来的信，要求提供证明材料并上传或发传真。

我觉得你尽量提供你认为用过的证据， 实际上完全靠店主的人品了， 你打开时如果没有证人， 现在怎么可能证明用过呢？关键应该打开当时就投诉。
现在至少给他一个极差的评价 brand new 的定义中一条就是原包装没被打开过，卖家自己在功放的包裹里面塞了一个纸条，叫我用一起过来的另个包裹里的变压器。就凭这，他这个东西就不是brand new，就多我说它是as new。变压器就不说了，装在一个锅用的包装里，我一收到东西心就沉了一下。 kevinwei2005 发表于 27-2-2014 20:46 static/image/common/back.gif

我朋友在Aldi买的这个牌子， 床比我的大，厚实， 价钱就一半， 他强烈推荐这个牌子， 理由是不漏气。
所以我才高价选了这个，结果一个晚上下来， 床垫就偏软。
replacement来了就测试2天， 不严重就算了， 严重的话， 试试退货
