review根本没用的，顶分是最简单的。 现在这样一review，顶分也就不可能了。老老实实开，1分还是可以坚持7个月。
其实还有个办法，就是拖。第一个单子来了，先不管，拖21天。等第二个单子来，还不管，拖第二个21天，等最后Final notice来时，选择上庭，先不认罪，接着拖。 上庭时间，找理由退后。总之，一切按合法的流程往下走，最后选择认罪。分还是要扣，钱可能会多罚，也许不多罚。 但你争取了时间。
如果流程走完，扣分是按闯红灯那天计算开始日期的。走流程期间，你还可以合法开车，等最后结果出来，7个月的等待期也许都过了。你可以转绿P了。
这种方法适合短期分数可以回来的司机。
但现在LZ选择Review，因为新的规定Review和上庭只能二选一。所以等review结果出来时，LZ收到的单子回应的部分应该没有上庭这项，只有付费那一项了。 但现在选择Review，也客观上起到拖延时间的效果了（说句不好听的，假设现在LZ，又被狗咬了，剩下的1分也扣了，在交罚款之前还可以合法开车，因为真正的罚分还没生效呢，你交了钱才生效）。

我发现你经验丰富啊；
我马上要上法庭了，因为第一张罚单被别人拿走，害我又得了张罚单，很生气要上法庭跟council 理论， 你觉得我要认罪吗？
我的理由是，我不知道这个规则，而因为有人把罚单拿走了导致我因同一理由被罚了两次不公平，我是不想认罪的。

我觉得你认罪不认罪都不要紧。因为你只是罚钱，不涉及扣分。只要和扣分有关的case，一旦认罪，即使免去罚款，分也是要扣的。与扣分无关的case，你认罪了，也可以陈述理由，也可以获得减免罚款的。
我个人认为你第一次被别人拿走的罚单是可以获得减免的。很有可能是免去罚单，但要你交堂费$90左右。有时间的话去Court试一试呗。

一次5月28，一次6月5号， 停在intersection 10米内， 我根本就不知道这个破规定，那个好事之徒把我罚单拿走了，我都不知道有罚单， 6月5号的看到了，也就交了，过了不久，就寄来reminder， 我也申请review， council 说我把ticket放你车上了，这完全是bullshit！如果收到怎么可能还停哪里？ 我上法庭就是想告诉他们这不公平。
我是想问，这种情况我不认罪，有机会减去罚单吗？
另外上法庭，需要翻译吗？我的英语四川口音很重的，担心法官根本听不懂。。。。。;P

你没有GPS吗？我再熟的路还是开着GPS，因为有限速指示和摄像头提示。

认罪不认罪都不是关键点，只要你上庭就行。 你上庭认罪同时陈述理由，也可以获得减免。
你的事情我已经清楚了，在你的另一主贴中看到。你在收到第二个case的第一张罚单时（档风玻璃上），立刻交钱认罚了。但很快又收到remind notice时，才知道第一个case 5月28 的罚单你根本没收到，否则你也不会犯两次错。
第一个case你选择了Review之后，还有机会上庭吗？好象没机会了吧？ 我记得review和court只能二选一，21天内回应。如果选择了Review，就不能上庭了。
反正，我认为review是没用的。纯粹是糊弄人的。

If you receive a penalty notice you can request to have the penalty decided in court.
We must receive your request by the due date on the penalty reminder notice. If you have paid the fine before receiving a reminder notice, the deadline is 90 days from when you received the penalty notice. If you are unsure of the exact deadline, please contact us.
If you want us to review your penalty notice, do not send a court election with your Request for review. By law, we must stop a review once we receive a court election.
Note: if you have requested a review which was unsuccessful, you have 28 days to advise us, in writing, that you wish to go to court.

才看到。 review其实都是没用的，用来拖时间还差不多。 现在看来，距离违章那天已经过了近1个月了吧。要不，你再接着选择上Court，进一步拖些时间？ 上court想办法再找理由推迟上court，最后交钱还有一个周期，晚点交钱， 尽可能的拖时间。交罚款之前，你应该都可以开车的。
不过小心点开，1分坚持6个月也是可以的。
