westpac web outage and bad service
westpac very bad service, I can't even transfer money between my westpac accounts with phone banking when their stupi* website down! They asked ID in limited time and your phone banking will be suspended if you can't answer the question in time. Just not worthy for their higher interest rate then other big 3 bank!
