如何看政府拍卖车的condition report

最近打算买一辆政府的拍卖车，上了它的网站查看了一下，有些车的condition report还真看不懂。如修理的那部分，Ft Bumper Cover， Scraped， SMRT Rfurb Lge + 1Hr，这个 + 1Hr是什么意思啊？还有ront Door R， Chips & Dents， R&P L1 - Plus 0.5 Ho中的- Plus 0.5 Ho是什么？ 请高人帮忙解释一下。谢谢
