父亲车道倒车，辗毙自己女儿

A FATHER wailed "what have I done?" as he was consumed by the shock of his young daughter's death in a tragic driveway accident in Klemzig yesterday.
The man was reversing his van in the family driveway when the 22-month-old toddler was fatally struck shortly after 9am.
A neighbour on Dianne St said hearing the father yell in agony was "the saddest thing".
"He was hysterical and absolutely devastated," the neighbour said. "Wailing, 'what have I done'."
The father was taken to hospital in an ambulance and treated for shock, while a woman, believed to be the girl's mother, was treated at the scene.
Another resident on the north-east Adelaide street said the mother used to walk the little girl up and down the street.
"I used to see the little girl, she was so cute," she said. "I feel so sorry and sad, it's terrible. I feel sorry for the little girl and her parents."
Inspector Jerome Teakle said the accident was tough for the family and emergency service officers who were at the scene.
"It's terrible," he said. "(I) just can't stress enough, just to remind all parents to take care and know where your children are." 国内也发生过类似悲剧。还不止一次。 sad... 我觉得这种车应该强制加装倒车摄像头的，经常后面堆满东西，后视镜里什么也看不见。 我觉得现在都应该有这一装置， 以防万一。。菜鸟必需;P 我的得利卡刚牵回家时，没有倒车雷达，没有倒车摄像头，没有车尾倒车镜。
每次倒车时都是满身冷汗，在最快的时间内把车尾镜和摄像头给装了！
尤其是 VAN 或是 4wd SUV 那个倒车死角灰常的大----------------

请问车尾镜哪里可以装阿？我在supercheapauto查了查，貌似没有。这玩意儿英文叫啥阿？不打算给我的旧车装倒车摄像头了，划不来
