没全读原文，单从这个句子理解
烤肉温度计 去 测试烤箱任何肉， 这个插在肉中的形状，就类似作者描述的情形
用人们常见到的情形来形容， 易使一般读者理解
但不明白 last week
也许作者上周刚烤火鸡了庆圣诞？:lol
