who knows which band of supplement ( BAO JIAN PING) is good for the treatment of high Cholesterol?

not prescribed medicine as they normally have side effect.:P

Omega -3 fatty acids 鱼油
Green Tea Extract 绿茶提取物（茶多酚）
Cinnamon Extract 肉桂提取物
