请问villa有哪些不好的地方， 是不是地不属于房主？还是有使用年限的问题？谢谢！

地皮是每家自己的。。。

villa，包括townhouse的缺点，我个人认为，一个是如楼上说说的common wall的问题，包括隔音，还有采光都比house差些

还有就是要交物业费，另外要做装修改建什么的需要集体表决。。。

有点是，比house便宜

If the unit number/villa number is less than five, all units/villas do not need to pay for the strata fee/insurance in WA.

The developers try to build bigger space to compromise the limited land. Thus many townhouses/units/villas can have 3bedrooms*2bathrooms*2living areas. It is a modern choice if you do not have much money to buy a house.

If I do not have a pet, I will love to buy a villa/unit.

我们去看过几个villa，都是少于5个的，中介说不用交strata fee，都是一起买保险。那看来保险也不是必须的？
