几个月前我在澳洲当地一个大型购物中心的一家小店里买了一双鞋,$ 49.99,后来在购物中心的另外一家商店看到同样的鞋子只卖$ 39.99,鞋子刚好也没穿,标签什么的都在,我想退掉贵的。
鞋子购物小票下方有一个说明:
Refund Policy
We will provide you with a refund, exchange or credit voucher where foods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the style shown or do not do what they are supposed to.
We may provide a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision, as long as the goods are unworn and returned within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging or with original tags/labels attached.
Gift cards are excluded from this policy. Layby is not available on sale items.
You receipt or proof of purchase must be presented at the time of any refund or exchange. Any refunds will be made in the same way as you originally paid for the goods. EFTPOS and credit card refunds will be processed against the original cardholder details.
货物超过30天一般不退货,但是也没有硬性规定绝对不退。
我去退货那天刚刚超过了一天,当班的服务员说不能退,可以换。第二天我拿着鞋和购物小票想换一双不同式样的,当班的是另外一位女士,我问可以退的话我就退了,她二话没说给我办理了退货手续,我拿了退款收据,把鞋子留在商店。
因为是用信用卡付款,所以钱还得退到卡上,但是一个多月过去了,货款一直不到账。
请教:商场已经办理了退货手续,可以反悔吗?
