我要担保父母移民103,在填写forn 40时,遇到一些问题,希望有高人可以指点.谢谢!
1.Part A:about the relative you are sponsoring 我想问一下,关于这部分是不是填写父母的资料啊?
2.我和老公在2009-2010 回国了一年,33,35题让填写过去两年的工作,我们填写的工作中间会有空档,而且回来后又领的centerlink的补助,会不会影响申请呢?如果申请都不能通过,我就先等等.(有人说等到审查我的case时,移民官会让centerlink 做个评估,103会等10 多年呢,如果是那时调查应该现在的不会有影响,现在只要能接受我的申请就行.)
3.38题Have you lived in any other town or city over the last 2 years other than the one you are living in now? 关于这题,我之前回国一年,是不是可以写在中国的城市呢?还有如果可以写,我用提供我澳洲护照上回国的visa copy吗?
4.40题If you are currently married, or in a de facto relationship,provide details of your partner details? 关于这题我和confused,我和老公已经结婚6年了,那这道题我还用填老公的details吗?如果不用填,我实在找不到在哪里可以填老公的资料啊?
5.58题,If you are sponsoring a relative other than a partner , and you are currently married orin a de facto relationship,you partner must complete this part. 老公还用在这里签名吗? |
