办理无刑，如何获得letter from Australian Embassy,

我在科威特办理无刑，需要要一份澳大利亚大使馆的letter，说明我在办理移民，需要申请police clearance，从哪里可以获得这份letter？

有没有TX在其他国家办理无刑时，需要用到这份letter，如何获得？

我在申请的时候也遇到过这种问题。我在香港呆过好几年，申请香港的police check, 需要澳洲移民局出信给香港police证明我要移民，需要我在当地的police record。
因为好像police check只接受三个月（还是六个月，记不清了）内的，所以我只有等我的case开始审理，请我的case officer出信。我的case officer很nice，没一两天就发给我email copy. 把letter打印出来，连同资料一起寄给hong kong police就可以了。

要等分了CO以后，由CO出信，或者他会发需要补充材料的那封信。拿系统自动回复得那封信，好像不行。
