请问：IEA评估一定需要推荐信吗？

哪位能帮忙回答一下我的疑问吗？感激不尽
我看到网上很多帖子都说有工作经验的需要推荐信，一般是上一级领导签字。可是在最新的手册中提到需要的是工作证明（ Evidence of Employment），如果我已经有了加盖单位公章的工作证明，还需要准备推荐信找领导签字吗（感觉写推荐信挺麻烦）？
另外，公证处的学位公证只有中文版的公证书盖了红章，学位翻译件和英文版公证书的只有钢印，说是国内的英文公证书都不盖红章的，不知IEA那边会不会有问题。
3.4 Evidence of Employment
If in your CV/Resume you claim engineering work experience of 12 months or more, then you must provide documentary evidence (originals or certified copies) of employment and certified translations into English where necessary.
The documentary evidence is to include; company letterhead (including name and location details), date of document, name and status of author, dates and duration of employment, title of position occupied and a brief description of duties/tasks/responsibilities.

推荐信是必须要的， 在西方人的思想中， 推荐信是最重要的。 如果觉得领导签字麻烦，可以让同事签的。
公证文件肯定是只有中文版盖红章， 英文版全是翻译件。 这个没有问题的。

我的推荐信是自己写的，自己签名。。。当然工作内容和工作经历都是真实的

随便找个人签字就行了，英文公证书什么印没有行吗？外国还知道什么钢印的说吗？

不一定需要,可以不交.如果需要到时候再补上?

打电话问过澳洲那边了，不需要的。我对比了一下，employer reference是旧的要求，现在的booklet改要求work certificate了。而且增加了护照公正的要求
