我457电签晚上e-Lodge的时候由于网络的问题，下面的第一条的表格没有能下的来，刚才才想起来，那是什么表格啊？做什么用的啊？
我都没能看的到的啊。

还能到那个连接下载这些表格吗？有没有哪位好心的大哥大姐下下了啊？可不可以跟我分享一下的？

Before you exit you will need to complete the following steps:

1.        Download form(s) required to complete your application (required) 2.        Retrieve and print your application form (recommended)
3.        Retrieve and print your payment receipt details (recommended)
4.        Attach documents (recommended)
5.        Complete email to Authorised third party (recommended)

Not necessary, all forms required can be downloaded later from other locations per my experience - 176,
