大家知道，VIC州担保拿到手后，多久内，必须发移民申请呢?>xiexie

傍水而居，说6个月内发出移民申请都可以的。

应该是4个月，批准的信里有。

Confirm acceptance and lodge your DIAC visa application

If you are successful in gaining state sponsorship, the offer will be valid for six months from when you receive your result email. In this time, if you haven’t already, you must lodge your visa application with DIAC (Department of Immigration and Citizenship).

You will then need to inform the Skilled and Business Migration Program of your DIAC File Reference Number when you receive it and confirm your acceptance of State sponsorship. Success in gaining state sponsorship does not guarantee that your application for a visa will be approved through DIAC.

If you are unsuccessful in your sponsorship application, you may reapply after six months.
