You should include:
• Your passport

• A copy of a postal order for CNY 23 (the fee for returning your passport by EMS) and a completed EMS waybill. If you do not include evidence of having paid CNY 23 by postal order, your passport will be returned to you by registered post.
Visa Evidencing In-Person
We have an on-the-spot service visa evidencing service however some clients may not be able to collect their passports on the same day. If you have been granted a parent visa (subclass 103), a contributory parent visa (subclass 143) or a business skills visa (subclass 160-165) please allow four days following the date of visa approval prior to presenting to the consulate for the visa label to be evidenced in your passport.
