明天開始, 475, 487 Concessional English 仍然要上課的, 只是要求沒有以往那麼嚴格, 以往要付錢, 將來由省去決定怎樣做

從名單上可以看到 南澳州仍然有意參與 Concessional English, 不知道南澳州是否就是等這個新安排才決定 Concessional English 呢?

適用於州擔保:

New South Wales, South Australia, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory, as States or Territories in which arrangements are established for suitable English-language training for visa applicants nominated by a State or Territory

適用於親屬擔保:

New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory, as States or Territories in which arrangements are established for suitable English-language training for visa applicants sponsored by a relative living in these States or Territories

Note: From 1 July 2009, applicants will not be able to claim Vocational English for offshore GSM visas.
From 1 July 2009, applicants who apply for subclass 475 and claim Concessional Competent English must have a score of an average of 6.0 based on all four (4) components of an IELTS test. As a part of this increased language requirement, applicants who apply from 1 July 2009 and claim Concessional Competent English will not be required to enrol in an English language course.

而且州担保475，Vic/WA/QLD都不参加CCE

you have concessional competent English and you have paid the fee for suitable English language training in the participating State or Territory.

    * You must be either sponsored by an eligible relative who lives in one of the following:

          o the Australian Capital Territory
          o the Northern Territory

哪是否有可能意味着平均６分还可以申请州担保呢？

州担保475 一直都可以啊
到目前为止，没有一个州的176接受或者曾经接受CCE

七月後 5.75 分仍然有機會得到省擔保

另外 475/487 接受 CCE 的省擔保州份, 由以往只是行政指令改為法律規定, 這是最大的分別
