ACS扣款失败！请问最佳汇款方式是什么？

听说还有人可以换卡付款？请问能换成功吗？请问比价经济方便的汇款方式是什么啊？好郁闷啊！！

Payment should be made in Australian Currency by cheque, International bank draft (payable through an Australian nominated agent bank), or by transfer directly into our account.  If you wish to pay by transfer, the details of our bank account are as follows:

要快的话直接电汇，要不就开cheque。开cheque因为要寄过去也要费用（而且不少快递公司不给寄），所以还是直接电汇好了。

你的为什么扣款失败啊，是不是额度不够啊？

我估计我说的电汇就是你那个转账的意思，因为你不能直接从你的人民币账户转钱给ACS，所以还是要先购汇再电汇出去。
