$21990 is for 08 made model I believe, but there is no difference between 08 and 09 made model, cause they are still the same car.... the difference in price is due to the weakening of aussie dollar in the last 6months or so, that means you have to pay more aussie dollar to buy the same car.
If you have a closer look at the Mazda website, you can check out the accessories available for Neo Sport, and for what price, then what you have to do is pick the ones that really suites you, floor mats are almost standard issue items, given freely most of the time, and they are not expensive anyway....the most desirable option is of course, this

That's listed in their website as an $1700option, but if you haggle hard maybe you can get it for free, this is the only option I really want for the Neo Sport, ok maybe the Cruise Control but most people can live without that.

What you can do is go into the dealer ship, get a Driveaway price for the car, then ask for the accessories you want to be thown in for free.
